Had a really bad time here. The night clerk was passed out when we arrived, super sketchy. And then they charged us for smoking in a non-smoking room when we didn't even smoke! Tough to prove when you're an hour away. On the upside, the food at the nearby Mexicali Cafe was pretty good.

Clean place with mountain views and polite and courteous staff. Location so close to many restaurants and the best shopping mall in Indio as well as stores. And 5 mins walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark.

I had the queen room which was nicely decorated with complimentar breakfast.

great room but mediocre amenities

The room setup was excellent. It felt new and immaculate. The huge beds provided great comfort and the kitchen corner was quite handy.

The amenities could use some improvement.

The rooms where spotless and cool, they come with bathroom, mini fridge. Loved the location close to restaurants. The experience was good, would stay here again:)))

I got recently renovated room with microwave and fluffy towels, as example as advertised. The staff was amicable & helpful. Early check in and an exceptional service throughout my stay. I had access to convenient parking, nice pool.

The room was spacious and super clean, with an comfy bed, made us sleep like babies. We loved unwinding by the outdoor pool and soaking in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be a bit better, but honestly, it didn't take away from our awesome stay 😊

Comfortable Stay Near the Pool

We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool with a lovely beach mural that enhanced the atmosphere. The helpful staff provided a nice touch . For families, request a ground-floor room to avoid disturbing other guests, especially if you have little ones.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff helped me choose the best taxi service. I always feel welcomed here. I'm coming back for a city break!

The king room was spacious and recently remodeled with nice plank flooring and a comfortable mattress. I appreciated the shelf for the microwave and coffee maker. There's ample parking for trailers at the back. Enjoyed a great meal at the mexicali cafe just across the street!

The room had a comfy king bed, and I loved the pancake machine for breakfast. Plus, the staff was super friendly-definitely.

Came back from a late concert, and the floors were dirtier than I expected. The manager did offer a small discount, but it didn't really address the hassle of it all.

The pool area was AMAZING! It was clean and spacious, but the breakfast could use more options. I enjoyed my stay with comfy beds and friendly vibes 😃

For couples seeking comfort

The room was spacious and clean, just what we needed for the night. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens that felt really nice after a long drive.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but totally acceptable.

I stayed here for a night with my pets and had a pleasant experience. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and they shared some great tips with me. 🐾.

I really enjoyed my stay here as I got a spacious and modern room equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, and cable channels like HBO.
